Terms of Use
These terms are a plain-language starting point for using NewsVideo and are not a substitute for legal advice. By using NewsVideo, you agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully.
Content
NewsVideo curates links and metadata for publicly available YouTube videos. We do not own, host, or control the videos themselves. Video playback, availability, advertising, and embedded player behavior are provided by YouTube and may be subject to YouTube's own terms and policies.
Availability
NewsVideo is provided as-is. We may add, hide, remove, expire, or reorganize links at any time, including when a video is outdated, unavailable, incorrectly categorized, or inappropriate for the feed.
Accounts and Personalization
You do not need an account to browse NewsVideo. Optional Google Sign-In unlocks private features such as favorites and the separate For You feed. If you enable personalization, NewsVideo may use your saved videos, watched videos, clicked tags, selected regions, shares, and related signals to rank live videos for your account. You can turn personalization off or delete your account from the profile panel.
Analytics and Operation
NewsVideo collects basic product analytics and approximate location fields such as country, state or province, and city to operate, improve, and understand the service. The Privacy Policy explains this collection in more detail.
No Professional Advice
Videos linked from NewsVideo may include news, commentary, opinion, or third-party claims. NewsVideo does not guarantee that any linked content is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse NewsVideo, attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape aggressively, submit false contact requests, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
